Such a good post. There are times when I'm busy with work/life/etc. and I don't send up any praise, prayers or glory. Thank you for the reminder and for your blog.

Oh yea, we get keys for kids, too! For some reason, though, my daughter (7) is not as interested in them as she once was. I think she has a hard time relating to much of it - maybe because she's homeschooled and doesn't deal with much of the scenarios in the devotions?? Hmmm...maybe I should write a children's devotional for homeschooled children?? :-P

As I scroll through your posts and come across this one I hope you don't think I was talking about you in my post in any way my friend.
It's just that even though blogging can suck the time right out of your day sometimes, I have had a lot of good come from it too and I was just focusing on that today. Trust me there are days I just don't feel like posting anything but then something comes to mind and I start all over! LOL
You know I love you girlfriend!!!
Hugs

Thanks for the encouragement! Sometimes I do wonder if it's making any difference. He's only 20 months and I feel like it all goes over his head! Persevere...what a good reminder!

Great post! Thanks for the reminder that scripture does make a difference! Since my second child, I have not made reading the Word aloud a priority. My oldest loves his Bible and is sleeping with it at the moment. I need to make this priority once again with both children.

Good reminder. Sometimes I think that children can take it in even more than we can... Jesus seemed to suggest that with his emphasis on the openness of the little ones to the Kingdom.

Thanks for coming to the InCourage giveaway. :)
